It’s not only a tree shear, but a real fix-mounting-grade loading grapple, with large and solid clamps.
Ideal in forest harvesting, ditch cleaning, tree removal, and some other dirty work around, like piling and sorting different materials like energy wood, logs, stumps, building materials.
Novelty 2025: During the tests, we try our best to break and ruin the grapple on oversized machines, so far unsuccessfully. It was used for demolition, root cutting into the ground, stump uplifting, big rock digging and moving. This ensures the best quality and guarantee for the users.

THE LARGEST GRAPPLE OPENING FOR A
TREE SHEAR
An opening
of 170 cm is the greatest advantage of this series, enabling the collection
of a large amount of stems in one single cut.
Its shape
is specially studied to lead the small stems to the knife, to efficiently cut
them neatly, without slipping.
With such a
tough build, bigger trees are easily handled and quickly cut.
PROFESSIONAL GRADE CYLINDER
The grapple
cylinder can develop a cutting force of 44 t at 250 bar, 53 t at 300
bar. It’s mounted on oversized axles to resist the harsh forestry work.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL
The
knife is removable in less than 2 minutes, easy to fit in and out.
With the
knife removed, the grapple can be used for loading jobs (energy wood, logs,
stumps, and nearly anything else) or other tasks (demolition). Its structure
has been tested in very demanding tasks on heavy excavators. This is a long
lasting and multipurpose device.
Several
optional add-ons are available, even for retrofitting, easy to install with
bolts, for specific or seasonal tasks.
FOR A WIDE RANGE OF EXCAVATORS
The
MASTERGRAPPLE is guaranteed for up to 25 ton excavators and can cover a large
range of machines, thanks to a robust structure, while being a light weight. All
the steel elements are Hardox 400 and 500.
The quick
coupling is bolt-fastened onto the coupling box, for an easy installation or
for swapping it to another machine.
Concerning
the hydraulics, only a two-way circuit is needed, that is 2 hoses for Grapple
Open and Grapple Close functions.
OPTIONS TO FIT YOUR JOB AND YOUR
MACHINE
The E-Kit
is the accumulation grapple, for collecting several stems and saving machine
movement time. This is a bolt-fastened module operated with a directional
valve. It’s great for small energy wood harvesting.
The Felling
Support is the extra support to help stabilizing a tree and felling it
forward. This module is bolt-fastened on the grapple top.
The Support
Foot helps to maneuver. It’s bolt-fastened on the bottom of the coupling
box, and it can bear the excavator’s weight. Dip the foot onto the ground and
gain stability to maneuver the excavator in difficult terrains.
The Quick
Movement Valve speeds up the grapple, even a lower oil flow. For the
excavators, which cannot supply enough oil flow, or for decreasing the
necessary oil flow and saving operating costs.
