Tough grapple with a professional grade cylinder, for 6-12 t excavators

A versatile grapple built to withstand tough work.

Its structure is strong, all made of Hardox®, fitted with grapple stoppers and big cylinder. A knife can be added to cut wood materials.

During the tests, we try our best to break and ruin the grapple on oversized machines, so far unsuccessfully. It was used for demolition, root cutting into the ground, stump uplifting, big rock digging and moving. This ensures the best quality and guarantee for the users.

PROFESSIONAL GRADE CYLINDER

The grapple cylinder can develop a clamping force of 28.3 t at 250 bar, 34 t at 300 bar. It’s mounted on oversized axles to resist the harsh forestry work. The cylinder has 3/4″ hose connections.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL

The grapple can be used for loading jobs (energy wood, logs, stumps, and nearly anything else) as well as other tasks (demolition). Its structure has been tested in very demanding tasks on heavy excavators. This is a long lasting and multipurpose device.

Several optional add-ons are available, even for retrofitting, easy to install with bolts, for specific or seasonal tasks.

FOR A WIDE RANGE OF EXCAVATORS

The MASTERGRAPPLE is guaranteed for up to 12 ton excavators and can cover a large range of machines, thanks to a robust structure, while being a light weight. All the steel elements are Hardox 400 and 500.

The quick coupling is bolt-fastened, for an easy installation or for swapping it to another machine.

Concerning the hydraulics, only a two-way circuit is needed, that is 2 hoses for Grapple Open and Grapple Close functions.

ACCESSORIES

The knife, meant for cutting wood materials, is available as option. It’s installed and removed in 1 minute with bolts.

The rotator kit enables the limitless and fast rotation.
